Well Sorted, Extremely Clean 1953 MG TD Roadster featured in Ivory with Red Leather Interior and a Black Softop. Drivetrain features the 1,250cc OHV Inline 4-Cylinder Engine with duel SU Carburetors mated to a 4-speed manual and suspension features independent front suspension and a live rear axle. The penultimate T-Series, the TD first appeared in 1949. A larger and more refined car than its predecessors, the TD owed much to the contemporary Y-Type saloon, using a narrowed and modified version of the latter's box-frame chassis, upon which sat an all-new body - roomier than before but retaining the classic looks of the traditional MG sports car. The data plate describes the car as a left-hand-drive TD model produced for the North American market. This TD had been previously owned by the same family for the last 62 years, it underwent a "sympathetic" restoration (only restoring what is needed) in 2014. The show quality vehicle is rust free and paint and chrome are excellent, the interior is excellent, and the undercarriage extremely clean.
